Everyone is different. In fact, you have to treat all until you find one that works for you.

The only thing that works! I'ma Smarty Pants, but people react differently to medications. I know four people with bipolar disorder, and each has something different. One is a combination of 4 drugs, including some other problems as well as bi-polar. Another reason is two drugs to keep everything under control and the other two are for the individual drugs, but not the same med So what works best for you can not work best for you and the doctors have to take your medicines several times before finding the best med check, or a combination of drugs to appropriately modify the symptoms.

In psychology, I found that lithium is used to treat manic depression.

I have heard that Dr. Phil will focus on bi-polar mind Tuesday. Maybe you should try to see.

My mother and my sister was lithium, but said what he really felt after taking it disconneted. From my understanding, is the most common drug used to treat bipolar disorder, but should always be combined drug therapy.

Lithium is probably the drug of choice for most doctors. Again, as I said, everyone will be sure what works best for you or the person, bi-polar. I was diagnosed bi-polar w / mixed mania about 6 years ago and had tried several times, the perfect combination for me. I am currently being treated on lithium, Depakote and Seroquel and good.
