One is a combination of 4 drugs, including some other problems as well as bi-polar. Lithium is probably the drug of choice for most doctors. Again, as I said, everyone will be sure what works best for you or the person, bi-polar. I was diagnosed bi-polar w / mixed mania about 6 years ago and had tried several times, the perfect combination for me. I am currently being treated on lithium, Depakote and Seroquel and good.
