The glasses I have had the plastic around flexible and elastic around the lens. And Bend, just turn a little, and display the edge of the lens. Set amongst a finger and hold it from the slot.
Put the same way - fit into the slot and work your way. The last step is curved plastic back, and press the lens into the slot.
